Mady's First Soccer Practice

Monday night officially marked Mady's first foray into the world of organized sports. Well, as organized as you get with 5 and 6 year olds anyway. She is doing rec soccer this spring and is quite excited about it. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but she had a smile on her face basically every time I looked at her. I'll call it a success!

Here's a nearly two minute video of their scrimmage time. Mady gets the ball right around the 20 second mark. We'll keep working on the tenacity, but for now, I'm just glad she's still smiling:-)
