Life has been very hectic this last week and a half (and will continue to be until next May, I imagine) but we should start getting into a routine this week! Our Personnel Assistants (PAs, which is the Taylor term for RAs) moved in Wednesday the 18th. Kendall spent that weekend on a bike trip in northern Michigan with them, and then this week was spent training and preparing for students to move in. Freshmen moved in Friday, and the rest of our students are arriving today. Classes start up for everyone on Tuesday, so the year is officially under way. This year's Swallow Robin PA staff consists of Drew, Anna, and Katie. We have a lot of fun with all of them!
We celebrated a smooth freshmen move-in day Friday night with a delicious Pizza Hut pizza. As you can tell, Mady really enjoyed our little living room pizza/movie party.
She's still enjoying her new kitchen. Today we were cleaning out her closet and gave her her apron to wear. She looked pretty adorable in it! We also had her try on her coats to see what fit. She didn't want to take off her pretty red winter coat and had to go show it off for several of the students. She's pretty happy to have her audience back:-)
