It's been so much fun watching Mady's imagination grow lately. I don't think I've talked about it on here, but at the beginning of January she started talking about Lady Guff. Lady Guff is Mady's imaginary friend who makes macaroni and cheese, drives a big green car, has brown hair like Mady's, and orange eyes. Sometimes she's tall and sometimes she's short. Mady doesn't play with her a lot, but it seems like we are always waiting for Lady Guff to show up. She tells our friends when we eat lunch at the Union that we need to save a spot for Lady Guff, and she often will save a spot on the bed for her. It's lots of fun! In addition to Lady Guff, she pretends to go to the DC (Dining Commons) to swipe our cards and eat, or to the campus store to have our friend Matt work on her computer. She also has a baby boy in her tummy and is currently on her way to Dr. Sutton's (my doctor) to have her baby checked on. Her mind is always working, for which we are so thankful!
The other day Kendall had changed his clothes and what he was wearing earlier was laying around. Mady decided that she should wear it, but needed a little help from Daddy.
Here's the final product, from shirt, to pants, to socks, to shoes.
She also put on all of her princess gear, from crown to high heels, but in true princess fashion decided not to look at the camera for pictures.
